The Chairperson and Management Board of MCAHCS Ltd would like to officially remind all members that our 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 18th April 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Venue: Greenpark Hall, Wote Town
This AGM is an important gathering of our cooperative members, offering a platform to review the past year’s activities, discuss financial performance, approve future budgets, and plan strategic initiatives that will further empower women across Makueni County. Your participation is vital to ensure transparency, accountability, and active member involvement in the cooperative’s governance.
Agenda for the 13th AGM
The meeting will cover the following business:
Preliminaries
- Opening prayers and devotion
- Confirmation of quorum
- Reading of the AGM notice convening the 13th AGM
- Adoption of the agenda for the 13th AGM
Review of Previous Year
- Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the 12th AGM held on 24th May 2025
- Matters arising from the 12th AGM minutes
- Presentation and adoption of the Supervisory Committee report for 2025
- Presentation and adoption of the Management Board report for 2025
- Presentation and adoption of the audited accounts for 2025
Planning Ahead
- Ratification of the proposed Budget for 2026
- Appointment of auditors for 2026
Elections and Other Business
- Elections (where applicable)
- Any Other Business (AOB) – Members wishing to raise additional issues should email makueni.aka@gmail.com no later than 10th April 2026 to have them included in the meeting discussions.
